The Data Processing Suite (DPS) is
``A graphical user interface for processing oscillation data has been developed
through a collaboration between Area Detector Systems Corp.
and Cornell and Purdue Universities.''[
]
DPS can index in either real space (using a Fourier transform indexing routine
(developed by the Rossmann group at Purdue)
similar to The HKL suite's denzo or in reciprocal
space using mosflm. Integration of the
reflection intensities is done through mosflm which is integrated into the
graphical interface of DPS. Scaling of the reflections can be done either
using the CCP4 program or a scaling routine
(also from the Rossmann group) similar to HKL's Scalepack.
Documentation is available at MacCHESS, as well as Purdue. A tutorial for the program is available on the DND MacroCryst page.
